AGING : 25% new oak. 12 months in oak casks.
SERVICE : Service temperature: 10 - 12°C.
TASTING : Nice light yellow gold colour. Intense and complex nose with fresh fruits, citrus peach and exotic fruits. Great bouquet on the palate, presence of fatness, well integrated and fine oaky taste with notes of minerality. Will match perfectly with scallops or fry gambas.
CUSTODY : Cellaring potential: Conserved 3 to 6 years.
