WINEMAKING : This wine is made with traditional winemaking techniques. The grapes are hand harvested and whole bunch pressed using a pneumatic press, juice is settled, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
AGING : 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
SERVICE : Service temperature: 10°C. Drinking well now.
TASTING : Pale yellow colour. Expressive fresh fruits and citrus on the nose. The palate is soft and round with notes of butter matched by florals and fresh acidity.
