WINEMAKING : This wine is made with traditional winemaking techniques. The grapes are hand harvested and whole bunch pressed using a pneumatic press, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
AGING : 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
SERVICE : Service temperature: 10°C. Drinking well now.
TASTING : Pale yellow colour. Aromas of fresh fruits and citrus. Subtle fruit characteristics on the palate held together with lively acidity forming a delicate palate that carries the flavours to a very long, crisp finish.
