TASTING : Beautiful intense ruby colour. Expressive nose of delicious strawberry, raspberry and cherry aromas that become, after aeration, scents of delicate spice. A well-balanced and structured palate which finishes with a very refreshing minerality. Match with red meat or meat in sauce.
CUSTODY : Drinking well now. Cellaring potential: Conserve 5 to 7 years.
